Hello! 

   My name is Adam Singer and I am from Damascus, Maryland. I grew up in Maryland and have always wanted to attend the University of Maryland. I am able to immerse myself into many different things on campus such as club athletics, community service, and career connections and opportunities. I am majoring in Finance and Information Systems within the Robert H. School of Business as well as am a member of the Public Leadership Scholars Program. I enjoy hiking trails, playing nearly any sport, and involving myself within my community. Because of this, I felt the Public Leadership Scholars Program was the perfect fit for me. It will allow me to get involved with public service projects and to become a social change agent here on campus. Also, I will be able to create a diverse group of peers and maintain a high quality bond throughout college and beyond. I plan on bringing my high school community leadership skills to college, and am excited for what's to come in the future of my time in PL. After my four years of undergraduate studies, I plan on getting my MBA through UMD's notable "Plus One" program. With all that being said, I hope you are able to enjoy my ePortfolio!
